Who we are
SportShift is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care for high school and collegiate athletes. Student-athletes often face intense performance pressure, public visibility, injury, and major life transitions—yet many lack access to confidential, specialized mental health support.
SportShift exists to close that gap. We provide no-cost counseling services delivered by qualified mental health professionals who understand the unique demands of competitive athletics. Our work supports psychological well-being, performance sustainability, and healthy development—on the field and beyond it.
SportShift provides equitable, clinically grounded mental health care for high school and collegiate athletes to support well-being, resilience, and sustainable performance.
